It is a pleasure that we write this letter to express our complete satisfaction
with the excellent job you have done in reconstructing our home in Yarmouth Port.
Your workmanship is of the finest quality and the job, which you undertook for
us, was one of the most difficult that could have faced a builder. The major
problems on our house with which you were suddenly faced with were handled and
solved by you in a most efficient and satisfactory manner. You certainly have
created a "silk purse out of a sow's ear".
We must also compliment you on the excellent work of the subcontractors whom
you chose to work with you, Tom. Each one was an artist in his trade. And all
the materials used on the job were of the highest quality. And most importantly,
you were always punctual and when you said you would be here, you were. This
is a sterling quality, especially on Cape Cod!
An especially nice part of rebuilding our home was working with Michelle Hague
on the floors, tile, etc. She had many great suggestions and was a pleasure to
work with!
We thank you for the interest you took in our home. You undertook this job with
skill of a fine craftsman and we are so thankful that you are the one we chose
to do this for us.
